for good

it's hard to let someone help, but you don't have to keep doing everything all by yourself. Breaking patterns and healing for good sometimes comes with letting yourself learn to trust along the way.

Embrace your story.

We work together as a team to help you address the old patterns and habits that keep showing up and help you finally feel free and let the story of your past stay there.

→ You can feel like you don't need validation from others to feel whole.

→ You can feel like you can finally start learning to listen to and trust yourself.

→ You can feel like you can finally stop taking responsibility for what isn't yours.

→ You can feel like you can stand up for yourself without feeling scared or guilty.

Yes hello,

Tiffany speaking

I am on a mission to help people heal from toxic, lonely, neglectful, or just plain crappy situations and look to developing new and amazing adventures ahead.

Believe it or not, therapy doesn’t have to feel serious all the time (but sometimes it is hard!) or make you feel like you’re worse when it’s over to help you feel better.

I know it's not easy,

But the first step is always the hardest.

Therapy can be both so amazing and intimidating-the prospect of finally healing and feeling better! Telling a random stranger all of the hard things is hard, though-but I am here to help.

A few ways

I can help

I offer individual therapy for people who are motivated to heal, looking for solid support, and understand that change takes consistency. I also offer limited spots for couples with complex PTSD/trauma, and clinical supervision for LPC residents in Virginia.
